After many years with an inbuilt gas fire we decided to upgrade by 50 years and install an electric fire. The decision being encouraged by the gradual loss of the “coals” from the old fire as a consequence of having 2 new labradors.
After several months of looking at options we once again visited our local retailer who happened to have an Avanti 110RW on display. we were bowled over by how smart it looked and having decided on the model and colour of casing to surround it purchased the fire.
It was delivered within the time frame which had been advised and were able to install it very soon after that.
The fire is beyond our expectations particularly in terms of the various colour options and features and has added to the environment and atmosphere of the room. It has been remarked on by visitors and by the many who reacted to our facebook postings.
I had to contact customer support for some simple advice on 2 occasions and was astonished by the speed of response and the helpfulness of the advice given.
