I'm Matt Beckner from the Consumer Support Team, and in this video I'll guide you through using and maintaining your wonderful new Fusion electric fire. No doubt you'll have bought from an Onyx approved expert retailer who has provided you a safe and stunning installation. Now, here's everything you need to know. Fusion fire's benefit from a programmable thermostatic eco remote control, as well as an app that could be found on the app store or via Google Play. In this video, we'll cover the features of the remote control and a dedicated video on the app, and all its advanced features can be found on our website. Get started First, ensure the on off switch on your files control panel is in the on position. A long beep will be heard, which means all the fires, functions and the remote control are now enabled. Pressing the power button on your remote will turn your fire on. It would a light in the last remembered setting. The My flame button on your remote allows you to conveniently choose from six preset combinations. Simply cycle through these by pressing the two arrow buttons. There are also an additional three slots for saving your very own combinations. To adjust your flame effects, press the flame button, followed by two arrows to cycle through the 16 flame effects. There are five brightness levels, which can be adjusted. Using the plus and minus buttons, press the function button once to adjust the fuel bed lighting. You can use the arrows to cycle through eight colors as well as the spectrum mode, which will gradually loop through all of the colors as before. You can use the plus and minus buttons. To adjust the brightness of these, press the function button again to enter the adjustment screen for the glowing logs feature. Again, you can use the arrows to cycle through the eight color settings and the spectrum mode. And again, use the plus or minus buttons to adjust the brightness. The colors of the fuel bed and the glowing logs can be synced. For a harmonious ambience, press the function button a third time to enter the sink setting. Using the arrows to adjust the colors and the plus or minus buttons to adjust the brightness levels. The fusion features discrete down lighting LEDs for additional ambience. To adjust these, press the downlight button and use the arrows to cycle through yellow, white, and off, and the plus or minus buttons. Again, to adjust the brightness. If you have opted for the mood lighting kit, you can press the ambient light button where you can cycle through the 13 colors and spectrum mode. And again, adjust the brightness levels for the heating setting. Press the heating button where the heater will cycle from low, high off and auto. You can use the plus or minus buttons to adjust your desired temperature. If you want to set your fusion fire to run for a certain amount of time before returning to standby, you can press the timer button to cycle through the timer options, which you will see displayed on the remote control screen. To turn off the appliance, simply press the power button to change your temperature display between Fahrenheit and Celsius. Simply hold down the arrow buttons. Before carrying out any maintenance tasks, you should first make sure your fire is switched off and it's fully cooled down. Maintaining your fusion is very simple. The glass can be wiped with a clean damp cloth and buff dry with a lint-free duster, the glass can be easily removed by unscrewing a bracket in each corner and simply tilting the glass forward. Take care when doing this. This now allows you easy access to take out and clean the birch log effects. Using a lint-free duster clean the air inlet and outlet grills regularly with a soft cloth or the nozzle of a vacuum cleaner. To replace the batteries in your remote, simply slide off the back cover and replace using two high quality alkaline batteries such as Duracell procell. We recommend the batteries in your remote replaced at least once a year. For more information on the app, there is a dedicated separate video available on our website.
